Partners-In-Care Health Fair 10/7

Springwell Residents, Families & Friends, As you know, being aware of available resources and engaging with them effectively is a key factor in achieving the best possible wellness for yourself or your loved one.  While selecting a community like Springwell is an important step, needs certainly arise that extend beyond the expertise of our staff.  That’s why we developed our unique Partners-in-Care network, which offers a broad menu of a la carte support to our residents.  Services are delivered by select practitioners who Springwell has identified as some of the finest in the Baltimore community.

To help you meet or get reacquainted with this friendly & caring group of professionals, we’re hosting our 2^nd annual Partners-in-Care Health Fair here at 7:00 pm on October 7^th.    This year, we’re excited to have added the category of Geriatric / Life Care Managers to our network.  I look forward to introducing them to you when we feature their insights during a panel discussion on“Managing the Wide Array of Senior Health Services” to kick off the evening.

Afterwards, you’ll have the opportunity to visit Information Tables hosted by our providers in disciplines like Physician Services, Rehab Therapy, Mental Health, Pharmacy, Podiatry and Hospice to name a few.  I really hope you can join us.  Good information and light refreshments in an inviting atmosphere will be provided!  Please rsvp (to me or frontdesk@springwellseniorliving.com) as seating for the event is limited.
