In the article "Resident Satisfaction With Senior Care Is Up, According to a New Study," Paige Cerulli highlights how senior living communities are making big strides in keeping residents happy.

Several experts were asked to weigh in on the topic, and Phil shares that one of the biggest takeaways from the pandemic has been the importance of truly listening: “… we’re doing a better job of listening to our customers instead of assuming what residents and/or their families want. Our responsiveness and timelines have also improved as a result."

He also points out that hiring and keeping great staff has gotten easier, which means residents get more consistent and attentive care.
