Holiday Ball 2013

We had our Holiday Ball with close to 300 people including residents, family & friends – our largest holiday event yet! Music was provided by the Sound Storm Band had the people up and dancing to the tunes of the 50s-70s. The CSG culinary team provided the delicious food. Hot served h’orderves consisted of Oysters Rockefeller, crab cakes, shrimp. Carving stations with turkey, beef tenderloin, ham and fresh poached salmon. Desserts were to die for with chocolate snowmen, éclairs, sponge rolls and small tarts.
