Kim Kennedy

Community Sales Director

Kim has been with Springwell since 2012 and is responsible for sales and marketing. Prior to joining our team, her mother-in-law was a resident, providing her with a unique perspective when talking to families and potential residents. Along with her sales partner Nina, Kim provides information about the housing and services available at Springwell, discusses community life, and reviews financial options. When necessary, she can also provide information on other community resources. Kim feels strongly that it is crucial to find a community that is a fit in terms of care, lifestyle and finances, and values her strong relationships within the industry.

Nina Heckman

Community Sales Director

Nina joined the Springwell team nine years ago, opting to become a senior living professional after a successful career in advertising. As Community Sales Director, Nina, along with her sales partner Kim, educates potential residents and their families about the many living options available to them, keeps them up to date about changes within the industry and helps them make the best-informed decision about finding the right home for themselves or their loved ones.

Heather Entwistle

Activities Director

Heather joined the Springwell team in 2014 as an assistant and seamlessly transitioned into the position of Director just a year later. A longtime residential real estate professional, she devoted her spare time for many years to serving veterans at the VA Rehabilitation Center in Baltimore and volunteering at the Bykota Senior Center in Towson. She has a profound respect for this generation. Heather has assembled a fantastic team who bring energy, creativity and fresh ideas to the Activities program daily. Her genuine affection for our residents encourages a community culture of love and support.

Moses Tesfayohannes

Director of Nursing

Moses began his nursing career in 2005, choosing from the start to work with seniors. He joined Springwell in 2012, first overseeing the memory care unit and then serving as a nighttime nurse supervisor. Prior to joining Springwell, Moses worked as a Residents’ Service Coordinator at HCR ManorCare Arden Courts memory care unit. Moses is committed and diligent in his care of Springwell’s residents, and considers it a privilege to care for the elderly. It’s also a way for him to honor his grandparents, whom he credits with raising him.

Susan Denning, RN

Director of Nursing / Assisted Living Manager

Susan, a Registered Nurse (RN) since 2004, has more than 20 years of nursing and social work experience in both retirement communities and medical centers. Before becoming Springwell’s Delegating RN, Susan was the Director of Nursing at Springwell, the Director of Nursing at Edenwald Retirement Community and an RN at St. Joseph Medical Center and Oak Crest Village Retirement Community. Susan also served as a school nurse for the Baltimore County Public Schools.

Christy Miller

LPN, Memory Care Manager

Christy Miller, LPN, has more than 20 years of experience in senior care – initially as a Recreational Therapist, followed by a decade in nursing as a Charge Nurse, Unit Manager and Physician Liaison. Her experience in both Nursing and Activities is an outstanding combination for our Memory Care program. Christy is dedicated to ensuring that the Memory Care program’s daily rhythms are always engaging and residents' needs are met physically and emotionally. In addition to being a Licensed Practical Nurse, Christy holds a BS in Recreation & Leisure Administration with Emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation.

Tavon Rosber

Campus Dining Services Co-Director

With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Tavon joined Springwell as the Co-Director of Dining Services in 2022. Tavon oversees all aspects of dining services, including healthy dining, employee motivation, standards compliance, inventory control and customer service. A Baltimore International College, School of Culinary Arts graduate and guest instructor, Tavon is known for creating innovative dining experiences as well as mentoring high performance culinary teams in senior living settings. He is a proponent of using local seasonal ingredients to provide the freshest ingredients for the residents of Springwell.

Gerard Campbell

Campus Dining Services Co-Director

Gerard was named Chef Manager of The Homestead in 2018. A former executive chef at Miss Shirley’s on Pratt Street and in Roland Park, Gerard is in charge of the upscale dining program for residents. Before joining The Homestead, he also served as sous chef at the Tremont Hotel and Hyatt Baltimore. He graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree from Baltimore International Culinary College. Gerard loves being a part of the Springwell community and having the opportunity to be creative in the kitchen. Residents rave about his innovative and delicious freshly prepared meals.

Inez K. Hayes

Human Resources Director

Inez has more than 12 years of administrative and business management experience. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources office, including payroll and other employee services. Inez provides guidance, leadership and training to other employees while planning and administering policies that promote a positive attitude toward company goals, making Springwell a safe, warm and vibrant place for our residents to live.

C. Rubi Miranda

Business Office Director

Rubi Miranda is the Business Office Director and has been with Springwell Senior Living since 2008. Rubi is committed to providing a high quality customer service experience for residents and family members as well as accurate financial information for the organization. She is a team player who coordinates with many departments at Springwell and contributes daily to the goals and mission of the community.

Clyde “Ben” Adman

Physical Plant Director

Before joining the Springwell community, Ben was a highly decorated leader and veteran with 10 years in the military and 20 years as a deputy in the US Marshals Service. During his service, Ben helped oversee many successful initiatives, including a $100M historic building renovation project, a security renovation that was completed under time and under budget, and building and managing a workforce of 200 full-time and contract employees. With all that experience in leadership and project management, Ben is a great fit to oversee Springwell’s Maintenance, Housekeeping and Security departments.

Kim Albright

Director of Housekeeping

Kim has proudly brought Springwell to extraordinary heights with her stellar work ethic and admirable tenacity that recently earned her a new role as Director of Housekeeping. With over a decade of experience in corrections prior to joining Springwell, Kim knows the importance of discipline - both at home and on the job. As a native Baltimorean, it's no surprise that for Kim nothing comes before church, family or working hard-- none more so than managing a team whose only goal is providing top notch services that maintain Springwell's reputation as a clean and sparkling place to call home.

Danyon Savage

Security Director

Danyon has been providing security for the Springwell community since 2018, and was promoted to Security Director in 2022. His past managerial experience, as well as ten years in the National Guard, position Danyon to effectively lead Springwell’s security team. Danyon takes special pride in ensuring the residents live in a safe environment and enjoy their home here at Springwell. As a bonus, Danyon is a committed Baltimore Ravens fan, which many Springwell residents (and staff) appreciate.
